It’s that time again! The time to make your reservations for the up coming SABWA Annual meeting is now. This year’s event will feature a great table top show of goods and services available to the industry, educational programs and hopefully some great golf.
This year’s meeting starts with you making your reservations at the Williamsburg Lodge call the Hotel at
1-800-261-9530. Let them know you are with The South Atlantic Bottled Water Association.
Room Rates: Deluxe double $206.00 per night or a
Superior double $172.00 per night
The room rates are good for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates but are reserved outside the block.
Cut off date: March 24 (does not guarantee block will still be open) Reserve Early!
Thursday night will be the social hour and the golf pairings.
Friday morning will be tee times for the golf tournament.
Friday evening from 6:30 till 9:30 will be the table top exhibits and the fabulous food and beverages for which SABWA is famous for.
Saturday morning at 8:00 AM the annual business meeting and state of the industry up dates.
Educational seminars - Saturday 9:00 AM.
The sales and management seminars will be over by noon. Terrie Glass with Leadership Solutions is our speaker this year and she will be sharing with us how to build on our strengths. Terrie truly has a gift of delivery. Her humor and personal stories make you feel like you have known her for years. Terrie is a presenter who can hold your attention because she has a wonderful way of capturing an audience. It will be worth the trip if all you do is attend this one session.
Technical seminars – Saturday 9:00 AM regularly scheduled events
Annual Dinner - Saturday night 6:30 PM
In addition to the golf prizes SABWA will be making several other presentations and prizes.
Drawings for $200, $ 100 and $50 cash along with a prize for the member that travels the greatest distance to attend .The final prize of the night will be a free registration to the 2009 annual meeting at Pinehurst for 2 people. (You must be present at the dinner to win.)
The evening will be concluded with Mrs. Terrie Glass giving us closing remarks.
